The GEDORE Group places a high value on qualified and skilled people.
That is why we have always placed a great emphasis on consistent internal training. In the production facilities in the Group, young people are trained in 13 different commercial and technical careers.
Every year, on completion of their training, the majority of the apprentices find employment in the company, where they are provided with further support in their relevant areas of deployment and, in this way, are able to gain a sound knowledge of the expertise within the Group.
